The quality of bodybuilding is going down not all competitors but it seems anyone with a half decent physique can now win a show. But also it seems now the average looking man can compete too!! Bodybuilding is a mess at the moment with no regulations in it and it’s making people look stupid. Is bodybuilding a waste of time now and should something be done about it?
