Welcome back to Jon Sheppard Fitness and today i begin The starting strength program by Mark Rippetoe.
The Starting Strength Program is a strength program to build strength in main compound moves and to become stronger in them.
There is different exercises in the program but i am sticking to the three compound movements of deadlift, squat and bench press as i don’t fancy doing clean jerks as never interested me and i think you still can improve without that exercise.
Over the next few months i will be vlogging my starting strength results and telling you if starting strength is a good program and a waste of time.
