Quick Egg omelette curry #LockDownRecipe #EggCurry 3 eggs Salt as per the taste ½ tsp black pepper powder Chopped coriander leaves 3 green chilies Mix it well Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan Let’s make the omelette Cut the omelette into the pieces Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan Temper 1 tsp cumin seeds Temper cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon and bay leaves Add 1 medium sized onion sliced Saute the onion for a minute Add crushed ginger and garlic Add 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp mixed of cumin and coriander powder Saute the masala for 1 minute Add 1 medium sized chopped tomato Add salt as per the taste Cover and cook until tomato is nice and soft Add 1 ½ cup warm water Add the omelette pieces Cook 3-4 minutes Add chopped coriander leaves Thank you for visiting my Chef Suni Channel.
