He had bought these lands during the reign of Nasser al-Din Shah Qajar. He sells these lands to Haj Sadegh Soofiabadi. Other owners of Vahrgard (Gohardasht) include Haj Faraj Sarraf. Then the lands of this area are sold to Hajianpour. In the 1940s, Hajianpour sold these lands thanks to God. And progress in these areas will make the residential area of ​​Gohardasht. Dariush Street is one of the old streets of Gohardasht neighborhood. #iran #karaj #gohardasht #walktour گوهردشت یکی از محله های اصلی شهر کرج است. این محله از شمال به شهرکهای آسمان و بهارستان و رشته کوههای البرز، از غرب به بلوار اشتراکی و باغستان، از شرق به شهرک اوج و حسن آباد و جهانشهر و از جنوب به خیابان بهشتی(خیابان قزوین) و زمینهای دامپروری منتهی میگردد. گوهردشت دارای یک خیابان اصلی است که این خیابان بعد از فلکه اول به صورت یکطرفه ادامه می یابد. خیابان اصلی گوهردشت خود چهارده خیابان فرعی دارد. در این ویدیو از فلکه اول گوهردشت تا خیابان چهاردهم در خیابان اصلی قدم میزنیم. اولین مالک زمینهای وهرگرد(گوهردشت) کربلایی یونس نوجانی بوده است. ایشان این زمین‌ها را در دوران ناصرالدین شاه قاجار خریداری نموده بود. ایشان این زمین‌ها را به حاج صادق صوفی آبادی می فروشد. از دیگر مالکین وهرگرد(گوهردشت) می توان به حاج فرج صراف اشاره کرد. سپس زمینهای این منطقه به حاجیان پور فروخته می شود. در دهه۴۰شمسی حاجیان پور این زمین‌ها را به لطف الله ترقی می فروشد. و ترقی در این زمین‌ها منطقه مسکونی گوهردشت را می سازد. خیابان داریوش از خیابانهای قدیم محله گوهردشت است
