- Half white onion, chopped

- Chili flakes, as much or little as you desire
- Quarter cup of your favourite stock
- 1.5 cups of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt, to taste
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian mix
- 2 tablespoons of textured vegetable protein (optional)
- Half a cup of heavy cream, or 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- A BUNCH of freshly grated parmesan baby
