The basic filling is composed of ground pork along with minced onions, carrots, and seasonings such as salt and ground black pepper.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo ground pork
30 pcs. Spring roll wrapper
1 small size onion, minced
Garlic, minced
2 stalks celery, minced
1 green bell pepper, minced
1 carrot, minced
2 pcs eggs
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup cornstarch
Cooking oil for frying
