How to prepare the Arabic dessert Basbousa with cheese

ngredients: 5 cups Semolina 1 cup Sugar 1 package Baking Powder 4 Tablespoons Ghee 1 can of Cream 1 cup of Coconut, finely shredded 4 cups of Milk For Topping: 4 Cups of Milk 1 Tablespoon Starch 1 Tablespoon Sugar 1 packet Vanilla Small box of Cream Cheese 2 Cups of Sugar 1 Cup Water A squeeze of Lemon Chopped Pistachios Cooking Instructions: Mix Semolina and Sugar, add Baking Powder and mix. Add Ghee, mash into dry mixture. Add Cream ?, add Coconut, add Milk and miix all together. Spread mixture onto parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake at 175 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool for 2 hours. Spread Cheese mixture on top. Let it sit for 15 minutes at room temperature. Sprinkle Semolina on top of cheese mixture. Bake at 175 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Make simple sugar syrup: add Sugar, Water, Lemon to a pot, melt together, simmer. Pour Sugar Syrup over top after cooling. Leave for 2 hours to sit, covered loosely with parchment and a cloth. Refrigerate for an additional 2 hours. Remove from fridge, flip upside down onto a sheet pan. Sprinkle chopped Pistachios on top.
