Hi all, Here is the Andhra special Potlakaya perugu pachadi. This is my favorite combination with Rasam and Rice. You can serve this delicious chutney to people who don't like the taste of snake gourd . They will love this recipe for sure. Try and let me know your opinion in the message box. Ingredients : 1. Snake gourd - 2 2.Curd - 1 cup 3.Oil 4.Ginger small piece 5. Red chili - 3 6.Coriander seeds - 2 tsp 7. Salt - 2 to 3 tsp 8.For tempering :Mustard seeds, Urad dal, cumin seeds - 1 tsp each and curry leaves Method : 1. Peel the skin , take out seeds and cut it into small pieces . 2. Put oil in the pan , ad oil, Ginger , red chili and coriander seeds, sauté it then add chopped snack gourd . Mix everything well, cook till it turns into soft .Then turn off the flame .let it cool. 3.Now grind it well once snack gourd becomes soft then add curd grind again. 4. Now put tempering , take pan again add oil , Mustard seeds, Urad dal, cumin seeds and curry leaves . Now add snack gourd and curd mix , mix it well and cook for 2 to 3 mins .
