Chicken kulambu (Curry) is a tasty South Indian non-vegetarian dish. This dish is prepared in a traditional way in the sense that spices are used instead of ready made masala, though a very small quantity is added for flavour. Good to go with Rice, chappati, naan, dosa, idli.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken
One big size tomato (chopped)
One big size onion (chopped)
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 cup coconut powder
3 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoon red chilli flakes
1 tablespoon cumin
11/2 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
small quantities of Oil
Add Salt to taste
