Breathing new life into this old tube amp, the Palomino V16 from Crate

In this video, I'll do a bit of work on my Crate V16 Palomino. Released in the early 2000s, this amp holds a special place in my heart for its unique blend of chiming cleans and gainy response, sort of reminding me of the classic Vox amps, but with a tighter bottom end. But even the best of gear can face the test of time. That's exactly what happened with my V16 – the potentiometers started crackling, a common issue that many of us face.
