1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
500g Chicken Wings
½ Tbsp. Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste
½ tsp. White Pepper Powder
½ tsp. Chicken Stock Powder
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
Salt to Taste
For Batter:
¼ cup Plain Flour
¼ cup Cornflour
1 Tbsp. Spring Onions
1 Egg
2 pinches Salt
For Szechwan Sauce:
⅔ cup Onion
¼" Ginger
4 Garlic Cloves
⅓ cup Spring Onions
¼ tsp. White Pepper Powder
½ tsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste
4 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
½ tsp. Chicken Stock Powder
1 Tbsp. Cornflour
2 tsp. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 pinch Salt
Serves: 3 -4
Preparation Time: 45 mins (20 mins for Marination)
