Ingredients for the filling in kachori- 1 cup moong dal (soaked in water for 2-3 hours) 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp jeera 1 tbsp sauf 1/4 tbsp garam masala 1/2 tbsp haldi powder 1 tbsp crushed dhaniya 1 tbsp lal mirch powder 1 tbsp dhaniya powder 1/2 tbsp amchoor powder 1 tbsp kasturi methi 11/2 tbsp kali mirch 1/4 tbsp heeng 1/2 cup besan 2-3 tbsp refined oil Indgredients for the kachori dough- 4 cup maida 1/2 cup dalda ghee (you can also use refined, desi ghee or mustard oil or any oil you want to use) 1 tbsp salt 1/2 tbsp ajwain If you have any query then please mention all your doubts in comment box and if you have any new suggestion then also please comment me.
