Alternative Dialogue from the seasonal activity Deep Dives during Season of the Deep. ** Zavala: I know Xivu Arath is a master tactician... but I'm having trouble understanding her approach on Titan. Sloane: From the time I spent here... coming after Ahsa's part strategy, part vendetta. The Hive see Ahsa as a coward. Heretic. She tried to stop them from finding the other worms. It's not enough to banish her. She has to die. ** Deep Dives — Season of the Deep Playlist: /playlist/PLS2hBTtCDufQFGNX9NnGo6HYkZdsg4QXb #Destiny2 #DeepDives #SeasonoftheDeep #KrakenMare #Zavala #XivuArath #Sloane #Ahsa

@bbjuice783711 months ago If you're wondering, Ahsa's basically a proto-Worm God. Her species is to the Worm Gods as the Krill were to the Hive. You can read more about it in the Siochain's Ghost Shell lore tab. 83

@dancingwholeness11 months ago Sooo Xivu Arath is part military strategist, and crazed Zealot. Fitting, considering the Hive. 76

@BIONICforge_Studios11 months ago To clear up confusion, it is unlikely this is a retcon to have Ahsa be the Leviathan from the Books of sorrow. The Leviathan was significantly larger and died on Fundament. Who is to say the Leviathan was the ONLY non-Darkness worm to try and stop the Hive from finding the worms of Darkness? ... 25

@Catalyst37511 months ago Perhaps other Worms were able to flee Fundament, but when the Hive rose to power they also began hunting down the other worms who fled. Ahsa tried to hide them, might have failed, and has been on the run ever since.
We've also yet to find out where the Ahamkara fit into this since they and the Worm Gods shared the Anthem Anatheme. Xivu Arath had words about the Harmony's connection to the Ahamkara in the past, saying "OUR GODS SHOULD BE OURS ALONE". As it happens, "worm" is another word used for dragons, and the Leviathan is also a dragon.

@zachialadams927911 months ago If Ahsa is THE Laviathen from Sorrow, then she might just be able to link us to Taken power. Possibly even the powers that Oryx himself used TO take. 30

@alexernst944811 months ago Xivu Arath saw Rhulk's Leviathan rib and said, "I can beat that."

@jacobkern206011 months ago That can't be right. Pretty sure Ahsa fled well before the Hive became the Hive, and even then. The Leviathan's dead. Oryx killed it, and that doesn't seem like something he'd bullshit. 5

@Mr-Moron11 months ago So the Worms all originally looked like Ahsa, but then they became the Xol-like appearance after they joined the Witness. 9

@amarioguy11 months ago probably not the Leviathan from Fundament (that one's dead dead) but one of that species, who's to say the Worm Gods we know of were the only super powered worms the Hive were searching for?
Also: Hive were searching for. Not Krill, this is after they became Hive.

@CrimsonSteelMoonTheWolf6411 months ago What confused me is that when did they discover she's a proto worm god? No dialog prior. Apart from the leaks was there something in lore entries? be it weapon/armor or lore tab explaining it? 1

@VoidShyrok11 months ago WTH. This is why I hate lore tabs...you don't just casually slip important plot points into item descriptions and random activity dialogue. 2
