Gatte ki Sabji_पंजाबी स्टाइल गट्टे की सब्जी खाते समय उंगलियां चाटने से खुद को रोक नहीं पाएंगें
Ingredients:-
for making gatte
2 cups besan or 200 grams
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
½ teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon salt or add as required
3 tablespoons oil
water or add as required for kneading
4 cups water for cooking gatte
for onion paste
2 medium-sized onion
4 medium-sized tomato
3 to 4 small to medium garlic cloves
½ inch ginger
3 to 4 green chilli
1 to 2 tablespoons water or add as required – optional for grinding
for making gatte ki sabji (gravy)
2 tablespoons oil or ghee
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
2 cups of the cooked gatte water or add as required
salt as required
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
