= INGREDIENTS = 100g(3.5oz, 6 1/2Tbsp) cream cheese 140g(5oz) white chocolate 20g(1 1/2Tbsp) chopped almonds Cocoa powde 1. Melt the cream cheese and white chocolate using a double boiler. 2. Mix the chocolate mixture with chopped almonds. Transfer into the mold(or any pan). Refrigerate at least 2 hours. 3. Cut the truffle into bite-size. And roll the truffles in cocoa powder.
