#glutenfree #bestcookie #bestchocolatechipcookie This is my go to cookie recipe when I want a satisfying crunchy, crispy chocolate cookie. The ingredients are super simple and the process is fool proof. My kids often make this recipe without me and the tray usually only lasts 10 minutes. Hope you like this recipe as much as my family! Ingredients: 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats 1.5 tablespoon of All Purpose Flour (I used Gluten Free) Pinch of Salt 1 stick of butter (4oz/113g) 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup of chocolate chips Method: - Combine Oats, Flour, and Salt - on Medium heat bring to boil one stick of cubed butter and brown sugar - once the butter and sugar start boiling, boil them for 1 minute - mix hot mixture into dry ingredients and mix really well - add 1 egg and mix really well - add chocolate chips, mix - shape and flatten round cookies on silicon mat or parchment paper - bake at 350F/175C for 18 minutes, rotating cookie sheet half way through - let the cookies cool for 10-15 minutes before lifting them off the cookie sheet Enjoy!
