Junior dos Santos talks AEW debut, Men of Year, ATT, Lambert, Masvidal, King Mo, Inner Circle, fans

Former UFC heavyweight champ Junior dos Santos is making his pro wrestling debut in a six-man tag, teaming with Men of the Year (Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky) against the popular Inner Circle (Sammy Guevara, Jake Hager, Chris Jericho) during AEW Rampage on Friday, Oct. 15 live on TNT. The show is from the James L. Knight Center in Miami, which is not too far from the prestigious American Top Team, the worled renowned MMA training home of dos Santos. Dan Lambert, the founder of ATT, and Miami's own Gamebred Jorge Masvidal, also from ATT, will be in the corner of dos Santos and the Men of the Year. Lambert has a gift for gab and started berating AEW and its fans when he first stepped into an AEW ring in July, also at the James L. Knight Center in Miami. The fighters and staff at American Top Team know of Lambert's desire to participate in pro wrestling, a sport he has enjoyed for years. He also worked with Impact Wrestling and Major League Wrestling as has former MMA fighter and ATT coach King Mo, who is helping dos Santos in this latest transition.
