Therapy dogs are trained to provide comfort and companionship to people and are often used in schools. Corey is a therapy dog for Carmel High School in Mundelein, IL. Most schools have therapy dogs visit every once in a while and don't have their own dedicated therapy dog. Carmel High School students are incredibly lucky to have Corey there on a daily basis! We trained him earlier this year and his owner is doing a great job keeping up with the training! Carmel is an incredible school and having a dedicated school therapy dog is one of the many ways they give their students an incredible educational experience.
