Take some time to make something simple once in a while, it won’t hurt but will only help, enjoying the simple things will only put other things into perspective, everyone should learn how to make one Sabzi at least. You never know when it will come to use.
Ingredients
2 tbsp veg oil
1 cup large diced potatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 chopped green chillies
Salt t taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 bunch methi leaves
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp chopped coriander
Juice of half a lemon
