Willow Tree Animation Meme (Havoc Hotel)

READ DESCRIPTION: Okkkk so I decided to try something a bit different. I chose to ditch flipaclip all together for this one and just tween in videopad instead. And I guess it sorta worked??? It took forever but I think it turned out pretty good. Also I should probably mention that this is based on a Hazbin Hotel AU that me and a few other people are working on called Havoc Hotel. It's basically hazbin but with a bunch of ocs and stuff. It's really fun to work on. So check out havoc if ya want, there's plenty of stuff for it.
