COOK YAM & PLANTAIN ADDING SALT AND TURMERIC POWDER ,PEPPER POWDER (COOK IN A PRESSURE COOKER FOR 1 WHISTLE) COOK CHICK PIECE IN A COOKER FOR ONE WHISTLE ADD WATER ONLY AS MUCH AS NEEDED FOR COOKING .GRING 1 1/2 TBSP COCONUT AND 1/2 TSP CUMIN TOGETHER .MIX COOKED VEGETABLES AND CHICK PIECE &ADD JAGGERY AND COCONUT PASTE.BRING TO BOIL AND SWITCH OFF.IN A PAN HEAT COCONUT OIL ,ADD MUSTARD SEED,DRY RED CHILLIES,CURRY LEAVES REMAINING COCONUT AND FRY TILL IT BECOME GOLDEN BROWN,ADD COOKED VEGETABLE MIX TO THIS ADD PEPPER POWDER AND MIX WELL .KOOTU CURRY IS READY.
