You will find it on just about every shop's shelf. It's really delicious and perfect as lunch or snack so pls give it a try :) Ingredients: 120g - Frozen Sweet Corn (Cooked) 80g - Cooked Chicken Breast (Shredded) 4 slices of bread (white or wholemeal) 3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise 1/4 Teaspoon - Black Pepper Salt to Taste Cooking tips: 1. Please make sure that your chicken and sweetcorn is fully cooled down while making this mixture otherwise the mayo will melt and wont taste good. 2. Use wholemeal bread to make this sandwich semi- healthy. 3. You can microwave your frozen sweetcorn for 2-3 mins and let it cool down.
